Charity Yoga

Are you a local charity wanting to further support the physical and mental wellbeing of your service users?

Whether it’s regular weekly classes or one off wellbeing sessions, I am here to bring gentle and accessible yoga to charities across Gloucestershire and reach the people that often require it the most.

WHO I CURRENTLY SUPPORT:

It is an honour to offer yoga and wellbeing sessions for The Churn Project, a charity who support the local community in Cirencester and the surroundings to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing, particularly for those who are lonely, at a point of transition or crisis in their lives or experiencing mental health issues.

There are currently 2 regular classes:

  • Gentle Yoga

    A floor based practice where we explore various styles of yoga and movement, focusing on relaxation and nervous system restoration. Beginner friendly.

  • Chair Yoga

    A chair based practice for those who may not have access to the floor, focusing on gentle movement to open and awaken the body. These classes are adapted for those with limited mobility. Beginner friendly.
