A bit more about me…
I’m Sophia, menstrual cycle mentor, yoga teacher and massage therapist supporting women who desire more connectedness, ease and overall vitality with their cyclical wisdom, womb and the world they interact in.
Why this work?
I believe so deeply in the power of this work because I have been there and witnessed my own transformation from painful & irregular periods, severe anxiety & a deep disconnect from my body and the overwhelming feeling of knowing something isn’t right yet not knowing how to fix it.
My life changed rather dramatically when I stopped trying to mould into a society that didn’t work for me and instead learnt to rest more, embrace my cyclical nature and understand & listen to the way my body was communicating with me.
It is through my own transformation that I want to spread the wisdom of a slower, cyclical way of life and invite women to come home to themselves, connect to their inner wisdom and find greater ease and acceptance in body, mind & spirit.
My Approach…
SEASONALITY + GENTLENESS + CONSISTENCY
are the three values I hold at the core of what I do both in my business and in my personal life. With my background in yoga teaching, cycle mentorship and several years in the charity sector working with vulnerable adults facing addiction and homelessness, I feel that the key to long lasting change & transformation is through taking our time, not giving up and learning to live more in harmony with the seasonal shifts.
I believe change does not happen overnight and often, change can feel totally overwhelming even though we may desperately want it. I am here to offer a grounded and calm space so you can unlearn, relearn & re-connect with someone by your side.
May every woman feel calm, connected & empowered enough to hear her own inner wisdom and follow the unique calling of her own inner prayer.

5 THINGS ABOUT ME (that you may not know)
I am of English and Jamaican heritage and feel my Caribbean blood is why I always feel so at home close to the sea and the sun. I will choose island life over the city, every single time. I’ll also choose sun over cold, every single time although I am learning to embrace the magic of the English winters.
My absolute favourite thing to do is travel. I’ve been to 27 countries and have so many more on my list. I feel my most creative, vibrant self when I am exploring new lands and cultures. Travel has really been the best investment I have ever made.
I’m a Taurus with a big love for long baths, hand picked flowers and getting lost in books. Two of my favourite authors are Anais Nin & Thomas Moore.
The favourite part of my cycle is my inner winter (menstruation). It took me many years to get to this place and I still don’t have a ‘perfect’ period, but what I do have is so much respect for what my body goes through during this time. I also love the big fat permission slip to rest.
My two favourite animals are cats and elephants. Cats because they’re cute & I feel like I am rather similar to them in many ways, and elephants for their fiercely maternal energy.
