With over 400 hours of training in women’s health and various yoga & movement modalities, I am honoured to welcome you to 1:1 womb yoga & healing sessions. One to one sessions with me offer a personalised & lovingly held container where you will be supported and encouraged on your path to womb health, connection and wholeness.
There are many reasons why you may seek 1:1 womb yoga & healing session:

I share these sessions under the premise that yoga is so much more than just asana (physical postures). Yoga comes from the Sanskrit root “yuj” meaning to unite/join together so with that in mind, every session with me will be shared in a way that brings nurturance not only to the physical body, but also the mental, emotional & spiritual body.

Womb Yoga & Healing
Once our session is scheduled, you will receive an intake form so I can better understand your current health & intentions.
The session will be 60 mins & will begin with a brief sharing before transitioning into your personalised practice, with ample time at the end to reflect and for you to receive any aftercare, resources and practices.
Each session is based on your individual needs therefore the practices and movement shared will vary. Sometimes more time may be needed, in which this will be discussed prior to our session.
Sessions can be conducted at a private space in Gloucestershire, in your own home (fees apply), or online via Zoom.
