Move with me
After qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2019, my personal practice and teaching style has ebbed and flowed before grounding into a style that I would describe as gentle and nurturing, yet deep.
My inspiration derives greatly from nature’s seasons and elements, the inner cycles of woman and the belief we are all here living with a powerful force inside of us, a force for change, growth and freedom; we just need to know how to access it.
Womb Yoga
Womb Yoga is the practice that lights my soul and the practice that has brought myself and many women back home to themselves.
The womb, the centre of creativity, fertility and capacity to nurture new life and ideas is placed at the heart of this practice.
It is more than just practice, it is a philosophy and a powerful yet gentle route to vitality, self-acceptance and womb health.
Through asana, breathwork, meditation & sacred feminine teachings, womb yoga strengthens your connection to yourself, the Earth and your own innate, cyclical wisdom.
Physical womb or not, menstruation or not, maiden, mother or crone - this is a practice where all of you is welcome.

Yin
Yin is a practice where postures are held for a longer time (usually between 3-5 minutes) to support the nervous system and stimulate energy flow around the body.
In the Yang centered times we are living in, Yin emphasises surrender and subtlety. With self-inquiry at the forefront, it is a practice that guides you deeply to drop out of the head space and into the heart space.
Yin also improves flexibility, enhances joint mobility, improves sleep and reduces stress. The perfect practice for nervous system support, deeper calm and mental clarity.
Experience yin with live soundscapes at one of my upcoming events or get in touch for 1-1 sessions.
