Womb Wisdom Circle: Embodying the Menstrual Cycle

  • Warrior & Wild 14 Fountain Street, Nailsworth Stroud, England, GL6 0BL United Kingdom (map)

Join Sophia for a morning of exploration into the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle through sharing & education, gentle & cyclical movement and reflective practice. This is an intimate circle which invites you to connect to your womb space and honour your cyclical nature.

What to expect:

  • Introduction to the seasons of the menstrual cycle - reconnecting to your inner compass and learning to embrace the joys and challenges of each phase.

  • Sharing Circle - an opportunity to reflect & share on your own menstrual/cyclical journey and/or whatever else that may be arising for you.

  • Movement - embodying the inner seasons through gentle & meditative, womb-nourishing movement. A time for deep, inner listening and womb connection.

  • Reflection - journal prompts & optional free writing/drawing to deepen your experience.

  • Closing - sharing wisdom & insights along with gifts to inspire you forwards on your journey of cyclical empowerment.

This is a space for you to reconnect to your inner wisdom and cultivate deeper love and reverence for your cyclical self. This circle is open to all women and womb bearers; you do not need to have a menstrual cycle to embrace the magic of cyclical living.

About Sophia

I am a yoga teacher and menstrual cycle mentor with a deep passion for cyclical living, rest and inspiring others to connect more with both their internal cyclical rhythm and the external rhythm of nature. Menstrual cycle awareness has been a massive part of my own journey for years and after seeing the way my own world has shifted, I am so passionate about sharing this magic with others.

Having completed trainings with the Red School, Claire Baker’s Cycle Coach and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli’s Well Woman Therapy, as well as years of personal cycle exploration, my approach weaves the physiological, emotional and spiritual aspects of the menstrual cycle to support women in seeing their womb & cycle as a source of power & self-discovery.
